Senior Manager - Downstream

Job Descriptions
• Hands-on experience in downstream equipment (Microfiltration Ultrafiltration Nanofiltration) Column chromatography and relevant Utilities.
• Develop cost effective & eco-friendly process. Aware about regulatory requirements.
• Having a knowledge of ICH guideline and implementation for development of products.
• Creative capabilities in the areas of organic chemistry in designing and conducting mul step organic synthesis that is very much attractive from commercial aspects.
• Optimizing the process by considering the yield, quality, cost and safe operations.Efficient execution of the planned experiments. Knowledge of DOE/QBD.
• Smooth transfer of technologies from lab scale to commercial scale through pilot plant.

Job Descriptions
• Hands-on experience in Fermentation and relevant Utilities.
• Exposure on technology transfer from lab to pilot & commercial scale.
• Efficient execution of the planned experiments. Knowledge of DOE/QBD.
• Ensure that the safety norms are followed & equipment are used by the entire team.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials/chemicals / glass wares/engineering accessories, so that activity will not hold up.
• Ensure that the team members write the journal/BMR/logbook as per the SOPs.
• Manages engineering store and co-ordination with vendors, purchase, and account.
• Timely follow-up for the analytical results for smooth running of fermentation process.
• As per technology trials design a robust process in Fermentation R&D & Pilot scale.
• Exposure on commissioning of fermentation facility for Pilot and Commercial.

• Optimization of process in Pilot trials and Scale up from R&D to commercial scale.

• Provide support for requirement of utility in Pilot scale and Commercial scale for Fermentation Process.
• Execution Erection & Fabrication work of Equipment and Process Lines as per Design.

Junior Executive - QC [Microbiology]

Job Descriptions
• Preparation Media for Water analysis, Microbial limit test Preservative efficacy Antibiotic Assay etc.
• Microbial Limit Test for Ayurvedic Raw materials, In-process sample and for Finish Products.
• Knowledge of handling and Calibration of Instruments like Autoclave, Laminar Air F Incubators, Microscope, Weighing Balance, pH meter, Colony Counter and Fogger mac etc.
• Culture and Staining techniques of Microbes. Identification of specified pathogens.
• Investigating out of specifications, deviations and contamination events.

Senior Manager - Purchase

Job Descriptions
• Researching / Identifying Potential Vendors for Bulk drugs related project.
• Recommending solutions to existing process to reduce waste increase quantity in materials.
• Negotiating prices with Vendors.
• Recording and assessing materials quantity, movement.
• Monitoring the Inventory Levels and Control.
• Collaborating with Bulk drug team and Management for planning, Forecasting and Procurement efficiently.
• Overseeing and supporting all procurement pertaining to Bulk drug project.
• Maintaining appropriate documents and storing of documents and retrieval of all procurement related files.
• Preparing and filing detailed records on procurement activity.
• Designing and maintaining department budgets.
• To ensure that company standard practices, procedure and legal requirements are complied with.
• To purchase materials according to specifications of Organization.
• 10 to 15 years experience in Materials Department.
