Under the Gujarat Urban Health Project, District Urban Health Unit Ahmedabad District, Urban Health Center level approved applications are invited from the eligible candidates to fill the vacant posts on merit list as per the below mentioned form under fixed salary contract. According to which the applicant downloads the prescribed sample form from the website of Zilla Panchayat, Ahmedabad and the suitably qualified candidates can apply only for R.P.A.D. / Dated by Speed-Post. 14/10/2022 at 5 pm. Educational Qualification & Experience :
1. Passes a degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university, or in equivalent educational qualification and must have registeration of Gujarat Pharmacy Council.
2. Candidate should have knowledge of computer.
3. Should have adequate knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi.
Preference will be given to the candidate having Hospital or Dispensary experience.
Age Limit : Not more than 58 years
Important instructions to be considered by the applicant while applying in the prescribed form :
• The said post is only under 11 months fixed salary contract. After that there will be no permanent right. Further, all these places will be subject to the resolutions and circulars of the Government from time to time.
• The applicant has to download the prescribed form and submit it within the prescribed time limit by filling the necessary details with his signature.
• Application from RPAD / Speed-Post only will be accepted. Please note that applications received in other modes such as in person or by courier or by any other mode will not be included in the merit list.
• Candidates have to compulsorily enclose the attested copies of certificates regarding educational qualification, age and experience along with the application. If Univ. Grade CPI instead of percentage in mark sheet.
• That CGPA In the case indicated, the candidate will have to apply the Grade / CPI. / CGPA A valid conversion table showing the percentage of Candidates for Female Health Workers, Staffers and Pharmacists will be required to register with the Council and renew it during the application period.
• Application not registered or registration not renewed will be invalid.
• Experience will be considered only after obtaining the educational qualification/degree as sought in the advertisement.
• Previous experience will not be considered under any circumstances.
• As a proof of experience, the certificate along with the date has to be submitted. Offer letter or appointment letter as proof of experience will be invalid. But if the letter of increment or promotion given by the organization from time to time, evidence related to salary or other evidence which can be considered as supporting is included with it, then it will be accepted only after verification.
• School leaving certificate or date of birth certificate will be accepted as proof of age. - In case of all candidates age limit, educational qualification, additional qualification, experience etc. status of last date of application shall be taken into consideration.
• If a female candidate wants to apply in her husband's name instead of her father's name, she has to attach the marriage certificate along with the application form.
• Applications received after the date with incomplete details, not in prescribed form, with incomplete certificates, will be considered invalid. The details mentioned in the application form will not be allowed to be changed later under any circumstances.
• If the candidate has given any details wrongly or any wrong information is found during the recruitment process, then their application will be rejected at that stage. If the candidate has been selected, the appointment will be cancelled.
• Also, in the future, if the date of birth, educational qualification, age, caste, experience and other proofs submitted by the candidate at the time of appointment are found to be false or suspicious, the appointment will be canceled by taking appropriate action against the candidate. If there is a need to cancel or change the given advertisement or recruitment due to any reason, then the full right will be with the office.
