Job Description :
• Specializing in end to end management of all phases of projects- Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Monitoring and with dossier submission. (For in house and partner/customer facing projects.)
• Manages tracking of Formulation development, Analytical development, QA , QC, Production and reporting to department heads and further discussion with Regulatory affairs.
• Leading various Internal and External stakeholder meetings like, Project Kick-off, Technology transfer and status meetings. Managing issues and resolutions for risk highlighted.
• Direct interaction with the plant stakeholders weekly to evaluate and to increase the process flow. Efficiently capture minutes and clearly communicating to all stakeholders actively.
Co-ordination with partners, Business development (BD) Team and management for prioritization of all projects.
