The Cantonment Board Babina (CBB) is an autonomous body under the control of Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India and discharges obligatory and discretionary functions as per the provisions of Cantonment Act 2006. The Cantonment Board is regulatory body to manage and control the municipal, land and building activities as a whole or as a part in the Cantonment area in accordance with law, rules/polices issued by the Ministry of Defence, which includes the maintenance of land records/details and boundary of Cantonment area. The Babina Cantonment is spread in 3214.165 Acres of land, out of which a part belongs to Proposed civil area having dense civil population. Cantonment Board also provides civic services and infrastructure facilities to the resident of Babina Cantonment.

Minimum Essential Education Qualification : Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized University Or Degree in Pharmacy from recognized University Or Equivalent. Registration with Govt. Pharmacy Council Board.

Pay Level in the Revised Pay Matrix : Entry Pay Scale/ Level 29200- 92300 (Level-5) plus usual allowances as admissible at par with UP State Govt, orders.

The applications of the candidate staying in remote locations as defined by the Govt of India should reach this office on or before expiry of one and half month from the date of publication of this notice.
2. Date (s) of interview for SI.No.01 and written test for SI.No. 02 to 04 will be informed separately to the eligible candidates.
3. Please note that no TA /DA shall be paid for journey performed for written test/interview or joining the duty.
4. In case of selection, the applicant will be required to join duty with in the time specified in the offer letter.
5. Incomplete and ineligible application form will not be entertained and no correspondence will be made in this regard by this office.
6. Following documents should be attached with the application form.
(a) Attested copies of the certificates in support with age, essential educational qualification, caste and age relaxation.
(b) Three attested passport size colour photograph (one to be affixed on application form).
(c) Two self-addressed envelope wtih Postal Stamp of Rs. 30/- each. (d) A self-addressed post card for acknowledgement of application form
7. Any canvassing shall lead to disqualification of candidate
8. The services/appointment shall be governed by Cantonment Board Employee Service Rules 2021.
9. Applications shall be sent with a demand draft of Rs. 300.00 (Rupess Three Hundred Only) in favour of Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Babina. Please write name and address on the back side of the Demand Draft.
