Job Description
• Receives customer Complaints through emails/faxes
• Owns Complaint handling process
• Responsible for contacting SMEs, Team Lead as needed to obtain complaint closure
• Performs reviews and assessments of complaints processed by peers as part of cross utilization approach
Candidate Profile
• B.Pharma in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Biology, Microbiology, Nursing
• Freshers/ Experienced candidates can apply
• For experienced candidates- Should have clinical experience/ complaint management
• 2-3 years of Experience as Subject Matter Expert can apply
• Only candidates with the below mentioned qualification can apply- Bachelors of Science in Nursing/ Pharmacy/ Life science Graduates
• Should be a registered nurse/ pharmacist
• Immediate Joiners only.
• Should have proper documents (marksheet/ certificate/ experience letter)
