Sterile - Quality Assurance Officers
Role : IPQA - Handling in-process checks of sterile manufacturing, line clearance, BMR BPR review, batch release activities. QMS - Handling Deviation, Change Control, Investigation. CAPA, Market Complaint, Product Recall, Internal Audits. Qualification & Validation - Handling validation and qualification activities of sterile operations / injectable line, cleaning and process validation.
Qualification & experience required : B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc 1-5 years of experience in Sterile manufacturing
Sterile - Production Officers & Operators
Role : Injectable filling - Carrying out Liquid & Lyo filling activities, media fill activities, execution of equipment and area qualification. Handling GHP pass box, filling & sealing machine (Bosch & Groninger), Steam sterilizers (Fedegarl), Lyophilizers (Ima & Martin Christ), vial washing & tunnel machines(Bosch/Groninger)
Qualification & experience required : B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B. Sc / M.Sc / D.Pharm/Diploma in Mechanl- cal/Electrical/Pharmacy 1-5 years of experience in Sterile Manufacturing
Oral Solid Dosage (Tablets/Capsules/ Soft gel) - Production Officer & Operators
Role : Granulation - Handling Granulation activities and machines - RMG, FBE, octagonal blender Compression - Carrying our compression activities, operating compression machines - Fette, Cadmach, CTX. Coating - Handling coating operations and machines - Neocota, Sejong, etc.
