Post : Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of “Senior Research Fellow” (SRF) on contract basis for a DBT funded project titled “Accelerator program for Discovery in brain disorders using stem cells (ADBS)”– under Dr. Sanjeev Jain, Senior Professor of Psychiatry & Principal Investigator.

Essential Qualification : Candidates should possess at least one of the following options of qualification:
a) Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences with any National level entrance exam qualification OR
b) Graduate Degree in Professional Course (B-Tech/B-Pharm) in Biotechnology or equivalent degree with any National level entrance exam qualification OR
c) Post Graduate Degree in Professional course (M-Tech/M-Pharm) in Biotechnology or equivalent.

Essential Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of research experience in cell culture

Desirable Experience : Experience in stem cell culture

Maximum Age Limit : 35 Years

Salary : Rs.36,400 (Consolidated) Per month (For a candidate with NET/GATE qualification) Rs.23,400 (Consolidated) Per month (without NET/GATE qualification)

Duration : Initial appointment for three months. Further extension of contract is contingent on performance.
