District Health & Family Welfare Society, Mewat (Nuh) invites applications from the eligible candidates for filling up of following posts in District Nuh under National Health Mission, (NHM) Haryana, Purely on contract basis, initially up to 31/03/2022, with details as mentioned below.

Pay Band : 9300-34800 (3200 GP) Entry Level- Rs. 12500/- p.m
Essential Qualification :
ESSENTIAL (i) 10+2 with Science (Physics & Chemistry). Diploma in Pharmacy from Recognized Institute.
(ii) Registered as Pharmacist with Haryana Pharmacy Council under section 31 (a) or 31 (c) or 32 (a) of the Pharmacy act, 1948 as applicable to Haryana State.
DESIRABLE : (i) Computer proficiency with familiarity of Data management and commonly used packages like MS word, Power Point and Excel etc. (ii) Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric standard.

Written Test and Computer Proficiency Test Date : 29.10.2021
Important Instructions: -
• Written examination & Computer Proficiency Test will be held at 10:00 am onwards and Interview will be held at 01:00 pm onwards. All the candidates are required to be present in the O/o Civil Surgeon, Nuh at Mandikhera at 09:00 am.
• Written examination will be conducted for screening for the candidates and only shortlisted candidates will be given computer test and further called for interview. The candidates who are unable to get 40% of screening/proficiency test should not be shortlisted for further process of recruitment.
• Reservation policy decided by Govt, of Haryana will be applicable for the above advertised posts.
• Selection criteria will be based as per NHM norms.
• Any of the three documents out of the following to be produced for Local area weightage:-
(1) Passport (2) Election ID Card (3) Ration Card with Address (4) Bank Passbook/Post Office Passbook (5) Cast and Domicile Certificate with address and the photo issued by State Govt. (6) Parivar Pehchan Patra (7) Electricity Bill (not older than last three months)
• No TA/DA will be paid for coming for interview.
• Full particulars along with contact no, E-mail id, Postal address with PINCODE, two Passport size photo and copies of Educational Qualification & Experience (Self Attested) should be attached with the application form.
• Experience should be State Govt./Semi Govt./UT/Any Govt. Board/Corporation.
• The application received after the last date i.e. 12.10.2021 will not be accepted in any circumstances.
• Applications along with self-attested copies of certificates/testimonials with cash fee of Rs. 300/- (Rs. 500/- for Sr. No. 1 to 3) can be submitted by hand in the O/o Civil Surgeon, Null at Mandikhera w.e.f. 01.10.2021 to 12.10.2021 from 09.00 am to 03.00 pm at window no. 1 except Saturdays, Sundays and Gazetted Holidays.
