API Manufacturing Plant
Skills required
• Batch operations, online documentation
• Operation of process equipment like reactors, centrifuges and driers
• Should have good knowledge on cGMP and safety
• Should have awareness on safe handling of processes and equipment
• Should have experience of working in regulated environment
Experience : 2-4 of experience in batch operations with exposure in regulated environment
Qualification : B.Sc/M.Sc chemistry or Diploma/ B.Tech Chemical Engineering or B.Pharmacy

API Quality Control department
Skills required
• Instrumentation analysis on HPLC and GC with exposure to Empower 3 software
• Stability studies as per ICH
• Instrument calibrations
• Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions
Experience : 2-4 years of experience in a regulated environment, with working exposure on Empower 3 software
Qualification : M.Sc Organic Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry from reputed universities

Process R&D and Scale Up
Skills required
• Ability to execute chemical reactions with appropriate laboratory equipment and purification techniques
• Knowledge on scale up of chemical reactions
• Interpretation of analytical results and trouble shooting
• Ability to conduct cost benefit analysis and optimum usage of resources
• Knowledge of IP, confidentiality, data integrity, GLP/GMP and regulations
Experience : 3-6 years of experience in process research and development
Qualification : M.Sc Organic chemistry from reputed university
