Minimum educational Qualifications& Experience : Master’s Degree in Veterinary Science(M.V.Sc.) / M.Pharm. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences / Equivalent qualification with relevant specialization with first class or equivalent grade (6.5 on 10 point scale or 60% marks) and consistent academic record with minimum 3 years’ experience in molecular biology techniques/ microinjection / cryopreservation/ animal health monitoring / genotyping
Preference : Candidates with experience in cryopreservation and genotyping will be preferred.
Job requirement : The incumbent is expected to perform cryopreservation and genotyping activities and also experiments involving transgenic and knockout lines. The incumbent is also expected to be involved in day-to-day function of the Animal House Facility.
Tenure of the appointment : Up to March 17, 2021, extendable for further period subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and continuation of the project. Consolidated emoluments : Rs. 60,000/- per month

Preference : Candidates with experience in rodent surgeries, lab animal breeding and management especially rodents and immunocompromised animals will be preferred
Job requirement : The incumbent is expected to oversee experiments involving transgenic and knockout lines and also work along with the team of faculty in the various scientific research projects at the Institute. The incumbent is also expected to be involved in day-to-day function of the Animal House Facility.

Job requirement : The incumbent is expected to provide technical assistance to students and faculties in molecular biology, lab animal experiments and surgeries. Managing inventories and duties given by superior authorities.
