Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) is an autonomous Institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt, of India. The institute is an integral part of the interdisciplinary NCR Biotech Science Cluster located at Faridabad, and is designed as a dynamic, interactive organization with the mission to conduct innovative translational research and to develop research collaborations across disciplines and professions to translate concepts into tangible products to improve human health.

Project : Investigating the effect of viral infections on zinc homeostasis as a cause of permeability barrier disruption in polarized epithelial and endothelial cells

Research Associate
Age Limit : 38 years
Minimum Qualification and Experience : Ph.D in Biological Sciences with at least one first - author publication in a peer-reviewed journal indexed in Pubmed.
Desirable Experience:
A minimum of two years’ experience in virus research and animal cell culture work.
Monthly Emoluments : Upto Rs. 70,000/- (Consolidated)

Research Associate
Age Limit : 32 years
Minimum Qualification and Experience : Post Graduate or Professional degree in Life Sciences/ Veterinary Sciences.
Essential Experience: Minimum two years of research experience in virology/cell biology with training in animal cell culture.
Monthly Emoluments : Rs. 35,000/- + HRA (For candidates who have qualified any national level fellowship or entrance examinations for JRF selections)

Project : Translational Research Consortium for Establishing Platform Technologies to Support Prophylactic and Therapeutic Strategies for Dengue - Discovery to Proof-of-Concept.

Virology Research Fellow
Age Limit : 35 years
Minimum Qualification and Experience : Post-graduate degree/Professional degree in life sciences from a recognized University or PhD in the area of human/veterinary virology.
Essential Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in human or veterinary virology.
Monthly Emoluments : Upto Rs. 60,000/- (Consolidated)
