Job Description
• To promote the specialty pharma products to IVF(INFIRTLITY) / GYNECOLOGY, ONCOLOGY, NEPHROLOGY, CRITICAL CARE & GASTROENTEROLOGY customers
• Systematic Planning & Meeting the specialized important doctor’s everyday
• Developing the entire territory
• Individually targeting them for brand promotion
• CME/CRM with each customer or hospital activities for business
• Servicing the customer in long term
• Responsible for individual budget/target achievements
• Monitoring Stockist & arranging the supplies etc.
• To facilitate growth of self & the organization values, keeping Job ambition & satisfaction as main goal
• To exhibit & practice the character of transparency, service, integrity in the Specialty Pharma Marketing (SPM)
• Opportunity & Ability to handle the entire territory & region beyond the borders in (SPM)
• Creative application in (SPM)
• Business entrepreneurship acumen customer relationship activities (SPM)
• Independent working with 100 to 125 TOP customers
