Post : Deputy Manager / Manager (International Business)
Department : International Business Division
Location : Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
Tasks : Responsible for sales generation in an assigned territory including market penetration, new opportunity development, customer relations, and customer retention. Skill sets: Thorough knowledge and understanding in export documentation, INCO terms, excellent customer service skills, communication skills – oral and written with a global mindset. Preference will be given to candidates having proficiency in foreign languages.
Maximum Age : 40 years as on 01.09.2019
Scale of Pay (For Regular appointment): Rs. 16400 – 40500 for Deputy Manager / Rs.20600- 46500 for Manager
Annual CTC: 7.5 lakhs for Deputy Manager / 9.4 lakhs for Manager (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Consolidated pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): For Deputy Manager - Rs.25, 000 to 45, 000 per month. / For Manager - Rs.30, 000 to 50, 000 per month
(The consolidated pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate. The consolidated pay will be inclusive of all allowances and benefits).
Qualification & Experience
MBA (Marketing)
2 to 3 years in business development in overseas markets.
