The selected candidate will be appointed on contractual basis in ART Centre, Tezpur Medical College & Hospital, Tezpur, initially for a period up to 31/03/2018 and may be extended based on performance appraisal as per the terms of reference of the instruction.

Consolidated Pay (Rs) : 13,000/ -pm
Qualification/ Experience : The pharmacist should preferably hold a Degree in Pharmacy from a recognised institute. If candidate with degree is not available, diploma holder in pharmacy with 3 years of experience in health care institution can be considered. He/she must be registered in the concerned state pharmacy council.
1. Walk in Interview on 24/10/2017 and 25/10/2017.
2. Age: Maximum 62 years as on 01/08/2017
3. Time from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Reporting time is 9:00 AM to 10:30AM), no applications will be entertained after the specified time.
4. The applicants should come with all the original testimonials.
5. A standard form of application along with a set of photocopies of all the original documents two recent passport size photograph should be submitted before the interview board.
6. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
