Job description:
knowledge of Instrumentation and hands on experience in operation of laboratory instruments like HPLC, Dissolution & DT apparatus, FTIR, Karl Fischer, UV spectrophotometer etc.
Planning & timely analysis of samples as per cGLP & cGMP.
Documentation & maintenances of records for all analysis data and understanding on regulatory requirements.
Review & updating specification & STP of products for current pharmacopoeia like IP, BP, USP and Ph.Eur.
Handling of References & working standards along with maintenance of records etc.
Handling and knowledge of Lab incident, Deviation OOS & OOT in Quality control lab.
Handling and knowledge of calibration of quality control laboratory instruments.
Well versed with working in quality control lab as per Schedule M, 21 CFR part 11 compliance and other cGMP/regulatory requirements.
