Vaccine Manufacturing :
M.Sc. (Microbiology) with 2 to 8 years of hands- on experience in candling of Specific Pathogen free Eggs (SPF), embryo isolation, complete MEM preparation, initiation of primary cell culture, cell count, sampling of material for stenlity testing during production process, scale up of production process.
Investigator : B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience of IPQA Activities / QMS / assessment of change controls/ preparation and review of deviation / OOS / OOT investigation reports, market complaints investigations for oral solid dosage / injectable products. Candidates having a combination of QA and manufacturing experience will be preferred
Technical Assistant - Tablet / Capsule / Pellet / Wursier/Packing / Inspect
Diploma Engineer in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Electrical with 3 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical machine operating. Will be responsible for quality and timely delivery of production as per target
Should have experience in any of the following areas-
• Operating pharmaceutical machines in granulations drying / coating / wurster / pellets / compression/ blending / fining
• Operating pharmaceutical machines RMG, FBD, Fette. MG2, Sifting /
• Dispensing activities.
• Packing machines like capping machine, labeling machine, counter etc,
• Inspection machines like sensum, viswill, encfony etc.
• Exposure to operation of aseptic area.
• Operating pharmaceutical vial line /ampoule filling line/lyophiliser
• Participate in media fil.
• Exposure to regulatory audits.
• Expertise in handling sophisticated technology including PLC / SCADA system.
For all the positions, it is essential for candidates to have exposure to regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP/GLP.
