1 Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institute. OR
2.Diploma holder in pharmacy with 3 years of experience in healthcare institutions. Must be registered under Assam Pharmacy Council.

Venue: Office Chamber of the Principal cum Chief Superintendent, Medical College and Hospital, Jorhat, Assam.

The age of applicants should not be more than 60 years as on 1st January' 2016.
