(i) 10+2 with Science subjects.
(ii) B. Pharmacy from an Institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India and All India Council for Technical Education.
(iii) Registered as Pharmacist with Haryana State Pharmacy Council.
(iv) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
(v) Preference will be given to higher qualification. Desirable: Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as MS Word, MS Office, Excel, Internet etc. A proficiency test will be held to assess the same

All the applications must be submitted online from 05.10.2016 to 20.10.2016 at 11.59 PM through the kcgmckarnal.org. Applicants paying fee by E-Challan must deposit their fee within three days after the closing date i.e., upto 24.10.2016 by 05:00 PM. Manual applications will not be accepted. Applicants must read the instructions carefully before proceeding to fill and upload the form. Eligibility criteria is listed in the instructions. Only eligible candidates can apply. The candidates are strictly advised to apply online well in advance without waiting for last date of submission of online application. The printed copy of the online applications form downloaded from site, copy of fee receipt and necessary certificates must be brought at the time of verification/scrutiny-cum-interview. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1 Minimum age as on 01.10.2016: 18 years and maximum 42 years;
2 Relaxation in age will be given as per Government of Haryana instructions of different categories such as BCA, BCB, SC, Ex-servicemen, Widow/deserted/legally separated women by 5 years;
1. These posts will be governed by Rules & Regulation of PGIMS, Rohtak which are at par with KCGMC, Karnal as amended from time to time.
2. Scanned photograph < 50 KB, Signature <25 KB and each document size < 150 KB is required to be uploaded.
3. Application fee for General Candidate is Rs. 300/-, for Women Rs. 150/- and for all Reserved Categories Rs. 75/- should be paid (For Haryana Domicile only).
4. The applicants who is already in Govt./Semi Govt./Corporation or Autonomous Body Service should send a printed copy of online application through their respective Head of Institute. or “ No Objection Certificate” may be submitted at the time of interview failing which the applicant will not be allowed/considered for interview.
5. Number of posts is liable to increase or decrease on either way, including complete withdrawal without assigning any reason.
6. The candidates, who wish to apply for more than one specialties/posts, they should apply separately for each specialty /post.
7. The benefits of reservation/age relaxation and fee will be given only to those SC/BC-A/BC-B/PH and ESM and outstanding sportsperson candidates as per Haryana Govt. instruction issued from time to time and is restricted to Haryana domiciles only. The SC/BC-A/BC-B/PH candidates are required to submit SC/BC-A/BC-B/PH certificate duly issued by the competent authority at the time of interview. Likewise, the outstanding sportsperson shall be required to produce the sport gradation certificate issued by the Govt. ESM/DESM are required to produce the fresh Eligibility Certificate duly issued by the respective Zila Sainik Boards at the time of interview.
8. PH loco motor/orthopedic (Disability reservation is to be considered with a disability of loco motor/orthopedic category of 40% and above of the lower limbs)
9. The posts of reserved categories will be filled up as per latest Govt. instructions applicable/issued from time to time.
10. In case any candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes or any other reserved category applies against General Category post, he/she should fulfil the conditions of eligibility regarding age/application fee etc, as are meant for General Category candidates (as per Govt. instructions).
11. If the number of applications received are more than 03 times of advertised posts than the applicant may be either asked to appear for the written/screening test or may be screened on the basis of marks of relevant academic qualification in the ratio of 1:3 ( for a single post 1:5).
12. Mere submission of application/appearing in the Written Screening Test will not make them eligible for selection which will be taken into consideration after checking their eligibility in all respect, at the time of interview by the competent authority.
13. The decision of the appointing authority in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of application, eligibility/ suitability of the candidates, mode and criteria for selection etc. will be final and binding on the candidates.
14. All disputes pertaining to the recruitment of various posts shall fall within the jurisdiction of Karnal only.
15. The applicants already working on contract basis in this institution may appear for written/screening test wherever applicable; however, they may be given opportunity to appear for the interview.
16. The prescribed qualification, experience & age limit etc. shall be reckoned as on the closing date of online submission of applications.
17. The applicants, who have obtained degrees or diploma or certificates for various courses from any institution declared fake by the University Grants Commission or not recognized by Department of Education, Haryana shall not be eligible for being considered for recruitment to the posts advertised.
18. The applicant who apply against a particular reserved category post will only be considered against that category.
19. Freedom fighters and their children/grand children:-This reservation will be available only if quota reserved for Ex-Servicemen or Backward Classes remains unfilled to that extent due to non-availability of suitable Ex-serviceman or their dependents or non-availability of suitable candidates from Backward Classes. Over all reservation either from the unfilled vacancies of Ex-servicemen or from the Backward Classes for Freedom Fighters/ their children/grand children will remain limited to 2% only. This benefit will be available to all grand children i.e. sons and daughters of sons and daughters (paternal as well as maternal) of the Freedom Fighters.
20. Document required for non-teaching posts:-
(i) Date of Birth certificate.
(ii) 10th /10+2 certificate.
(iii) Graduation certificate.
(iv) Post Graduation certificate.
(v) Caste certificate.
(vi) Haryana Domicile Certificate.
(vii) Experience certificate if any.
(viii) Sports Certificate if any.
(ix) Any other certificate if any.
21. At the time of interview applicants must bring the online printed application forms duly signed by him/her along with all the relevant original documents and set of self attested photocopies which should be submitted before the interview.
22. The degree of undergraduate/postgraduate/DM/M.Ch/Ph.D/MDS not recognized by the MCI/DCI will render the candidate ineligible.
23. All the candidates are directed to affix right hand thumb impression on the application.
24. GC-General Category, SC-Scheduled Castes, BC-Backward Classes, PH-Physically Handicapped, ESM-Ex-Serviceman and DESM - Dependent of Ex-Serviceman.
25. The experience acquired in the related field after acquiring the basic minimum qualification will only be considered.
26. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
