The current Pharma Analytics openings are with the below service groups of Product Lifecycle Services: Commercial Services Practice (PLS CSP NBS):
• Sales Force Effectiveness Services
• Business Analytics
• Forecasting
• Competitive Intelligence
• Patient Access Services (Pricing and Market Access & HEOR) Job Purpose • Drive cutting-edge thought leadership across key functional areas - Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Analytics, Forecasting, Competitive Intelligence & Patient Access Services
• Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers (CPOs & Regional marketing and sales teams) on various high complexity analytical reports.
• Facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics.
• Support business in building practice by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding and training support, support team lead in all business related tasks / activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories.
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Science, Statistics, Medicine. Masters or Doctorate level education is desirable.
- Experience in analytics, experience in pharma industry is preferable
- Should have strong quantitative background and systems background
- Good understanding of IMS data and trends would be ideal
- Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach - Should have good ability to understand new data sources in short timeframe and embed them into standard analyses
- Should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment
- Should be customer service oriented
- Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity
- Excellent spoken and written English. Additional languages, in particular German and/or French, would be beneficial.
