Tasks
1. Overall Functional and administrative responsibility of the Lifecare Centre Business
2. To achievie the daily/monthly/annual targets of revenue and profit for LCC Business of the Centre
3. To ensure the strict & timely compliance of the Statutory / Regulatory requirements for LCCs and timely renewals of the licenses/ approvals for the operations of the centre
4. Plan and implement effective Business Development activities in consultation with respective RM (LCC) for the centre
5. To ensure timely submission of invoices to the concerned hospital authorities for all credit sales
6. To indentify the various requirements from different departments of Government Hospitals and institutes
7. To Ensure receivable collections of the LCC within the allowed outstanding period
8. Co-ordinate the sales promotional and PR activities of LCC
9. Effective manpower planning and optimum utilisation of manpower resources
10. To develop and motivate and retain staff through continuous interactions, feedbacks, implementing developmental programmes and maintaining healthy relations
11. Ensure optimum stocks at LCCs and monitor the inventory levels at the unit periodically
12. To Ensure timely stock return of non -moving and near- expiry items from the LCC's as per the policy framed by sourcing division
13. To ensure proper staking, material storage etc for easy identification and tracability.
14. Analyse the regional market trend and point out any specific price revision or modifications required
15. To ensure the quality of services rendered to customers is exemplary in the LCC
Requirements
Maximum Age: 45 Years as on 01/10/2015
Scale of Pay: Rs 10085 - 24690 (Junior Officer Grade)
Annual CTC (Non-metro): Rs.3.7 Lakhs at the minimum of the scale.
Qualification:
Essential: D Pharm / B Pharm / BSc Nursing
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: For - D Pharm - Minimum 6 Years retail medical / surgical business experience
For - B Pharm - Minimum 3 Years of retail medical / surgical experience
For BSc Nursing - Minimum 3 Years of retail medical / surgical experience
