Openings for Pharmacists (4 Posts) at CMHO - Government Openings

Under National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh, permission has been granted for contractual recruitment of human resources (for service provider and programme managerial posts) approved in the District ROP year 2025-26. In this regard, contractual appointment for vacant posts as per programmes and designations operated at the district level is to be done till 31/03/2026. The process of contractual appointment is to be done on the date and time as given below.

Eligible/qualified candidates residing in Chhattisgarh can submit clear and error-free application form along with the application form in the prescribed format by appearing by the applicant himself or through an authorized person. The department will not be responsible if the application is not received by the prescribed date and time.

Post : Pharmacist

Programme : RBSK + NUHM

No of posts : 04 (UR-2, ST-2)

Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (50%) and Live Registration in Pharmacy Registration Council.

Salary : Rs. 16,500

Regarding the Application Form
1. Applicants must be residents of Chhattisgarh and must attach a certificate issued by the competent authority to this effect.
2. All educational and other qualifications must be met as of the date of the advertisement; otherwise, the application will be immediately rejected. No correspondence will be accepted in this regard. Under no circumstances will any certificates submitted after the application deadline be accepted. Therefore, ensure that all certificates proving eligibility are attached to the application; otherwise, the application will not be considered.
3. Age Limit: Age must be 18 years and a maximum of 64 years for managerial positions and 70 years for medical positions as of January 1, 2025. Age will be calculated as of January 1, 2025.
4. All positions are strictly contract-based, subject to the Contract Human Resources Policy 2018 (as amended) under the National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh.
5. Applicants must include their designation, program name, and category (Unreserved/OBC/Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe) when submitting their applications.

6. Interested applicants residing in Chhattisgarh may submit their applications in the prescribed format, along with all required documents, self-attested, to the Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Ambikapur, Surguja, by the due date/time.
7. The department will not be responsible for any delay in receiving applications after the advertisement is issued, or for any other reason. Applications will not be accepted/considered, nor will any representation be entertained in this regard.
8. Incomplete/vague, or erroneous applications will not be considered, and applications will be rejected if unnecessary documents are attached. The applicant will be responsible for this.
9. Candidates will submit the application form and all required documents together by tying them together with a tag (string).
10. Educational qualification certificates will only be valid from institutions recognized by the Chhattisgarh Government/UGC/AICTE.
11. A valid, live registration certificate from the Chhattisgarh Council (as per the relevant subject)/District Employment Office will be mandatory.
12 This appointment will be for one financial year on a contract basis, which will be completely temporary. The appointed employee will be evaluated annually. The contract service period will be extended only if the annual performance evaluation is found satisfactory.
13. The District-Level Selection Committee will be authorized to disqualify applicants based on their qualifications in the above recruitment process.
