MQA operations Change control, Action items and Internal Audits & Response. Tracking and trending of Deviation/Events, shopfloor MOA compliance. Review of Batch Document documents, protocols, reports, SOP and trend reports etc. Cleaning and Process Validation protocol reviews/oversight/ trainings Global SOP implementation plan and compliance verification.

Qualification : Diploma / BPharm
Skills : Filling Process : Experience & knowledge of aseptic operations, media filling, cleaning and disinfection, Depyrogenation, sterilization, Area monitoring etc. Lyophifization process: Experience & knowledge of Lyo preparation, Lyo loading and unloading, basic trouble shooting, handling of Aseptic interventions etc Compounding process: Experience & knowledge of bulk preparation, CIP & SIP of vessels, Component preparation, Autoclave operation, Cleaning and sanitization, area monitoring etc. QMS: Experience of QMS activity in sterile manufacturing i.e. Change control, deviations, risk assessment, CAPA & complience
Quality Control - Micro
Qualification : MSc - Microbiology / Biotec.
Skills : Proficient in Environment monitoing in all three methods of viable and non-viable. To be proficient in water system, sampling and tetsing (Microbial, Physicochemical) of all tyes of pharmaceutical water types. Should be knowing the reguirements and specificaiton of different water systems used in pharmaceutical purposes. Proficient in Bioburden, TVAC, TYMC, and microbial limit tests with pharmacopoieal reguiremnts and have performed method suitability studies for different test methods. Media preparation, management and sterilization proficiency is basic reguirement, with ability to perform and manage the media release and discard process. Proficient in antibiotic assays will be an added advantage.
