Ability to handle process like Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, Coating. Responsible for online documentation & QMS.

Qualification : ITI / Diploma

Required Skill Set : To Operate Granulation lines (RMG/FBD/FBP/Roll Compactor), Automatic Compression Machine (PLC/SCADA based Cadmach & Fluid Pack), Coating (Kevin & Gansons),Capsule M/C
Tablet Packing

Required Skill Set : Should have sound knowledge of Blister pack, CVC line, BPR, SOPs, Line Clearance, Manpower Handling, GDP, GMP, Daily formats & records.

Required Skill Set : Should have experience to operating Blister Pack Machine ELMACH 3015 PDA and Auto Cartonator (WKH100 & IMA PG IC1S0C) and Track & Trace Machine with Temper Evident.

Should have sound knowledge require in LVP, SVP, Aseptic filling. Vial, Ampule, Washing, BSS tunnel. Autoclave & Sterilisation.

Required Skill Set : Should have experience to operating Ampule/Vial Filling M/C, Sealing & Labeling M/C, Autoclave & Sterilisation.
QA Department

Required Skill Set : Should have sound knowledge in Qualification, Vendor Qualification, Process Validation & IPQA (Tablet Manufacturing / Packing)&APQR.
QC Department

Experience : 2 to 9
Required Skill Set : Should have sound knowledge in HPLC & GC Knowledge Analysis.
Engineering & Maintenance

Required Skill Set : Should Have Sound Knowledge Of Mfg Area(Osd, Injection),Plant Maintenance, Utility area. Water System, Fire Hydrant, EHS & QMS Activity.
