Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer, ACTREC, is a unique Institute under the wing of Tata Memorial Centre and a grant-in-aid Institution of the Department of Atomic Energy. ACTREC conducts a PhD program in Life Sciences that is affiliated with the Homi Bhabha National Institute (a deemed university under category A by MHRD, Govt. of India). Fulfilling its ‘bench-to- bedside’ mandate, the Institute provides a highly conducive environment for world-class cancer research.
Post : Junior Research Fellow
To work on project in Translational Research Laboratory Area of research: “DNA damage repair and cancer”
Essential Qualification & Experience : M. Sc.* in Life Sciences. Experience in stem cell research is essential.
Duration : Six months and extendable (The work progress of candidate will be monitored and extension may be given after six months.) *M.Sc. degree obtained after a one-year course will not be considered.
Eligible Candidates may attend the Walk-In Interview on Monday, 23rd December, 2024 in Room No.- PS306, 3rd Floor, Paymaster Shodhika, ACTREC, Kharghar- 410210 along with recent CV, original and Xerox copies of all certificates with experience cert. and testimonials with recent passport size photograph and ID proof. (Preferably Aadhar Card ).
