PBTI invites applications for post of Research Fellow - Salary Rs. 40,000 pm

Punjab Biotechnology Incubator (PBTI) invites applications for the following Project Position purely on contractual basis for a period of one (01) year or project duration whichever is later and co-terminus with Project.

Post : Research Fellow - One (01)

Emoluments : Rs 40,000/- consolidated
Eligibility criteria : Qualification and Experience : Essential :
i. 1st class Master’s Degree in Biotechnology/ Chemistry / Biochemistry / Food Science from a recognized University OR 1st class B. Tech Degree in Biotechnology / Food Technology from a recognized University
ii. Two (02) Years experience in Research & Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science & Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services Desirable: Experience of working with national/international testing & certification laboratories /PT providers/ organizations. Knowledge of national/international Laboratory/ PT Quality Management Systems and Standards.
Job Requirement : The incumbent would be responsible for conducting PT activities as per ISO 17043:2023 and Instrumental/ Chemical/ Physical analysis in agri/ food & allied products, water etc.
Upper Age Limit : 35 years

6. No fee will be payable by Schedule Caste (SC), Schedule Tribe (ST) candidates.
7. Incomplete or without fee applications will not be considered.
8. CGPA conversion to percentage formula of University/ institute should be provided alongwith photo copy of DMC/Degree.
9. The appointing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications withoutassigning any reason.
