Desired Profile : M.Pharm / PhD with minimum 15 years’ experience
Location : Bangalore

Strategic Leadership
• Develop and implement the company’s guiltily strategies, policies, and objectives.
• Ensure alignment of quality goals with the overall business objectives.
• Provide leadership to the quality team (QA,QC & Regulatory) and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Quality Assurance
• Implementation of Quality management systems as per certifications.
• Handling of market complaints, change controls, deviations & OOS.
• Handling customer audits, queries & questionnaires, provide direct support to customers for any issues with respect to operations, quality and R&D.
Quality control
• Manage activities and personnel in QC lab, residual testing lab and microbiology lab.
• Ensure online testing, inspection and release of raw materials, in-process and finished goods, pre-shipment samples and NPD samples.
Compliance and Regulatory
• Ensure the organization complies with all industry-specific regulatory standards (EU, USFDA, TGA and organic regulations).
• Application for manufacturing license and renewal (AYUSH, FASSAI,NMPB)
• Collaboration with partners, government agencies and regulators to address issues faced by industry.
