Qualification : B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc.
Experience : 2 to 5 Years
Able to handle:
- HPLC/GC with empower Software
- UV Visible instrument
- KF and Potentiometer with Tiamo Software
- IR Instrument
- Polarimeter
- Melting Point Apparatus, etc.
Sr. Executive
Qualification : B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc.
Experience : 5 to 10 years
Able to handle:
- HPLC/GC with empower Software
- UV Visible instrument
- KF and Potentiometer with Tiamo Software
- IR Instrument
- Ion Chromatography
- AAS instrument, etc.
QUALITY ASSURANCE (IPQA):
Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification : B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc.
Experience : 2 to 8 Years
Required Skills :
- Hands-on shop floor experience in sterile aseptic manufacturing activities, from line clearances to dispatch. Sampling, AQL inspections and periodic inspections of visual inspection kits
- Experience in reviewing audit trail reports for different process control systems and BMS reports to ensure data integrity
- Preparation and review of BMR, BPR, media fills, process validation, cleaning validation protocols and reports
- Preparation of annual product quality review and Continued Process Verification (CPV) reports
- Basic idea about regulatory submissions and quality management systems
- Support customer and regulatory audits
- Write and review of audit response reports
- Track open audit CAPAs and communicate with CFTs for on time closure
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
QUALITY ASSURANCE (VALIDATIONS)
Executive & Sr. Executive
Qualification : M.Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy/B.Sc./M.Sc.
Experience : 2 to 8 years
Required Skills :
- Autoclave and Vessels qualification
- Line equipment such as Vial Washer, Tunnel, Filling & Stoppering and Lyo qualifications
- Utilities such as HVAC, Water System, Compressed Air and Nitrogen system qualifications
- Temperature and RH mapping of Chambers and Areas
