Production & Packing - Executive
Qualification : BPharm/MPharm
Work Location : Pondicherry/Chennai
Experience : 2-5 years in Oral Solid Dosage
Key Responsibilities : • Responsible for execution of production activities in Granulation, Compression, Coating and Capsule Filling area.
• Responsible for execution of batch packing activities such as Dispensing, Line clearance Over printing Blister/carton specimen approval.
• Responsible for functioning of primary and secondary packing machines as per the SOP/BPR
• Responsible for handling, RMG, FBD, Compression, Coating & Capsule Filling machine s per SOP/BMR
• Responsible for Execution and review of BMR & BPR
• Ensuring daily cleaning activity, Machine preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Warehouse - Executive
Work Location : Chennai
Experience : 2-5 years from Pharma Industry
Key Responsibilities : • GRN processing for Raw Materials and Packaging Materials.
• To dispense RM and PM as per plan.
• Planning and execution of sampling and dispensing activities of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials.
• To ensure periodical cleaning activities of Goods lift, racks, weighing balances, pallets, vacuum cleaner return air raiser filters, scissor lift, mobile stackers and manual hand pallet trucks.
• To follow safety procedures as required.
• Coordination with other department for smooth functioning of warehouse.
IPQA (Quality Assurance) - Executive
Qualification : BPharm/MPharm
Work Location : Chennai
Experience : 2-5years in Oral Solid Dosage
Key Responsibilities : • Performing all in-process checks in production and packing area.
• Ensure line clearance at every stages of manufacturing.
• Sampling activity during different stages of Production.
• Handling and investigation of Incident, Deviation, Change control, CAPA, OOS, OOT
• Adherence to SOP, GMP, Safety & Data Integrity
