Vacancy for Pharmacists at District Health Society, 5 posts

District Health Society has announced to fill up the following posts on contract basis for the next 11 months with fixed monthly remuneration and to create a waiting list for the same.

No of posts : 05 (RBSK-04, NHM-01)
Educational qualification and experience : Should have done Pharmacy Degree Course (B.Pharm / D.Pharm) from a recognized University College and should be registered with Gujarat Pharmacy Council and candidate should be computer qualified.
Age Limit (as on 31/10/23) : Up to 40 years
Monthly Remuneration : Rs. 13,000/-

Conditions
(1) Nominated candidates cannot be transferred to other districts.
(2) The recruitment process will be done on the basis of merit as per the guidelines of the Government.
(3) In case of identical merit, the candidate having higher age limit shall be given preference.
(4) Applications with incomplete details, candidates not attaching educational qualification, experience, attemp certificate of HSC Graduate or required certificates will be considered invalid,
(5) Only applications made through https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in portal from 04/11/2023 to 10/11/2023 will be accepted, while applications received through other means and after the time limit Applications received will be invalid.
(6) Legible original document scan copy shall be compulsorily uploaded in the software
(7) All the eligible candidates among the applied candidates have to appear at their own expense for document verification at the place : Zilla Panchayat Office- Devbhoomi Dwarka (Opaliya) on the day and time fixed by the office. The candidature of the candidate absent on that day will be considered cancelled.
(8) In case of computer educational qualification, as per the recruitment norms, having passed the examination with computer subject in class 10th and 12th will not be accepted, candidates must have completed diploma/certificate course.
(9) The final decision on appointment shall be subject to the prevailing conditions of the District Health Society and the National Health Association.
