Job Description
• Literature analysis / evaluation reports;
• Work around process/ polymorph strategies for API;
• Work around RLD / innovator's Formulation strategies;
• Non-infringement analysis; FTO reports;
• Study & summarize prosecution history of US, EP, CA, Indian patents;
• Patent filing / drafting / monitoring etc.;
• Opposition / revocation / invalidation strategies;
• Patent law enactment in countries such as US, EP, CA, India etc.
