Job Description
Launch Management
Lead the planning and execution of new product launches.
Develop and maintain launch timelines and budgets.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact launch timelines and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of launch activities.
Conduct post-launch reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze launch performance and identify areas for improvement.
R&D Project Management Experience in managing significant life cycle management projects, take part and assist with the pre-planning and conceptual phase. Assist in developing and maintaining the project schedule. Drive the execution of Strategic and Functional projects by partnering with all stakeholders to develop project charter, metrics, resourcing as well as identify barriers, obstacles, and interdependencies between projects.
Manage projects through the full project cycle from initiation/planning through to execution/controlling and closure.
MIS Develop effective reporting tools to ensure clarity of status and efficient execution of projects (adherence to scope, schedule budget, quality goals) Lead governance meetings within key stakeholders - Executive Updates, Change Management Updates, and Operations Project Updates.
Proactively keep all relevant stakeholders informed on progress and risks, ensure critical tasks are understood by necessary business leaders and act as a liaison between the project lead, executive, senior management, and the cross-functional project teams. Seek cross functional alignment, drives consensus at meetings where stakeholder priorities may differ.
