Qualification and Experience : Master's degree in science / biotechnology / pharmacy
Job Description
• Sound knowledge of cell culture, particularly Caco-2 and MDCK cell lines
• Experience in Caco-2 and MDCK cell assays to determine bi-directional permeability
• Plan & conduct CYP induction assays using cryopreserved hepatocytes
• Plan & conduct other in vitro ADME studies like metabolism, drug-drug interactions, permeability
• Record raw data, data acquisition, compilation, analysis and interpretation
• Preparation of study plans, data compilation, interpretation and preparation of study reports
• Preparation, revision and implementation of SOPs, Forms, Formats as per GLP needs
• Knowledge of LC-MS/MS based analysis, sample processing and handling of LC-MS/MS instrument
Experience - 6-10 years
