Job Description
• To verify and ensure the implementation of all SOP at shop floor.
• To perform the in process checks during packing and manufacturing.
• To perform the line clearance of all areas and equipment’s.
• To monitor and ensure that the correct practices and procedures are followed during production activity at shop floor.
• To release the finished product in SAP according to GMP requirements.
• To unblock, reject and block the raw material and packing material in SAP.
• To perform acceptable quality level.
• To review BMR and BPR at shop floor to ensure the documentation compliance.
• To perform the sampling at intermediate stage, finished product, process validation, cleaning validation and hold time study.
• Responsible for execution of Cleaning validation at site
• Responsible for preparation and execution of Process validation for all the products
• Responsible for deviation investigation
• Responsible for execution of Qualification
• Coordination with internal and external stack holders for execution of activities.
