Job Description :
• Designing and development of formulations as per requirement, powder/liquid formulations, premixes.
• Preparation of sample as per requirements received from marketing team and to send for analysis and to customer for trial purpose.
• Conduct stability study, preparation of protocols, reports for stability studies.
• Maintain calibration of lab instruments and equipment’s.
• Maintain documents of lab trials, MFR, reports, analytical reports, samples dispatched, marketing queries, audits and other day to day work requirements.
• To follow up and review of pending analysis samples and documents.
• To follow up external customer & out sourcing lab for billing and pending analysis reports.
• Procurement of new raw materials as per requirement.
• To ensure compliance of safety measures,
• Imparting and organizing the internal training activities
• To ensure compliance to audits.
• To ensure avoidance of breach of data integrity.
• Responsibility of the producing quality products & maintaining quality.
