The AIIMS, New Delhi model will be adopted and adapted. Unlike the Postgraduate Institutes which lack the basic departments like Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, General Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology etc, the new AIIMS will have these departments as well as the superspecialty departments like neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, urology, endocrinology etc. In addition, departments of Accident & Emergency, Biostatistics, Medical Engineering, Hospital administration, Genetics, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Telemedicine, Clinical Epidemiology and Medical Education Cell etc are also planned. This institution should also provide a good opportunity to promote basic scientists and biotechnologists and studies in genomics, proteomics and metabonomics providing opportunity to work in close proximity of rich clinical material.

Essential Experience : i) Five years experience
ii) Six years experience
iii) 8 years' experience in medical subject after MBBS degree
Desirable : DM Neurology/MCH Neurosurgery
Research Associate-1
Salary P.M : Rs. 47000+HRA
Max. Age : 40
Essential Qualification : i) PhD/M D/MS/MDS or equivalent degree OR
ii) MVSc./M. Pharma/ME/M.Tech
Essential Experience : i) Nil
ii) 3 years of research teaching and design & development experience with at least one research paper in science Citation indexed (SCI) journal.
Desirable : Working Experience with Molecular Neuroscience
Senior Research Fellow
Salary P.M : 35000+HRA
Max. Age : 35
Essential Qualification : i) M.Sc.(life Sciences), MA(Social Sciences), Master in Medical Social Work(MSW) degree holders. OR ii) MBBS / BDS / MVSc / M.Pharma / ME / M.Tech degree holders
Essential Experience : (i) Two years research experience (ii) Nil
Desirable : Experience in the field of Molecular Neuroscience
