Job Description :
1. Monitor and execute all plant activities like Production, Quality Control by maintaining the cGMP and safety norms to achieve targets.
Accountabilities :
1. Ability to handle processes like Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, Coating and Packaging by using available resources.
2. Maintain standard process parameters as per BMR's and other supporting documents for achieving production target and maintaining quality.
3. Prepare manufacturing records and update online documentation to meet Production and cGMP requirements.
4. Follow safe work processes and ensure safety appliances are utilized during Production activities to create safe working environment.
5. Should have good knowledge of cGMP, WHO.
Candidate Profile :
M.Pharm/ B.Pharm/ M.Sc
1. Managerial / People Management skills.
2. Job/Product/ Technical knowledge essential.
3. Comprehension, Analytical and Problem solving abilities.
4. Positive attitude.
5. Productivity and result oriented.
6. Communication skills (Clarity of thought).
