Under the National Civil Health Mission, the recruitment process for the vacant posts under Malegaon and Nashik Municipal Corporation under Nashik circle is being conducted for the eligible candidates on contract and contract basis as shown in the table below.

Terms and Conditions
1) The emoluments mentioned before the post are the combined emoluments and no other allowances will be payable.
2) As per Government Decision dated 25th April 2016 of General Administration Department, Ministry of Mumbai, minimum age of the candidate will be 18 years and maximum age will be 38 years for open category and 43 years for backward category on the last date of application. Maximum age limit for Medical Officer (MBBS), Specialist, Super Specialist will be 70 years. For other patient care related posts in Abhiyan (eg Nurse, Superintendent, Technician, Counsellor, Pharmacist, etc.) the maximum age limit will be 65 years. Candidates aged 60 or above will be required to attach physical fitness certificate from the District Surgeon along with the application form.
3) All the above posts will be of contractual nature and will be on fixed remuneration and will be filled for a period of eleven months or less. Or if the approval is not received before that, the studies will be terminated at any time.
4) An application fee of Rs.150 for open category and Rs.100 for reserved category should be submitted along with the application in the form of demand draft in the name of "DDHS NASHIK". There will be no right or claim regarding the terms and conditions of government service on the said post and the government service rules are not applicable for this post.
5) If the concerned posts are rejected by the Central / State Government, the service of the candidate will be terminated immediately without any prior notice.
6) The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the post concerned and no criminal case should have been registered against the applicant.
7) Candidates should clearly mention the name of the post for which they are applying and the Namud Pravarga (caste category) for the post as per social reservation in the application form. If the backward class candidates have submitted the application from reservation, but the application is not as per the above pattern, the application of the candidates will not be accepted.
8) Candidates applying from reserved category must attach caste certificate of that category. Candidates without caste certificate will not be considered. Such candidates cannot avail the benefit of reserved cadre.
9) For the post of Medical Officer, Specialist etc. it will be mandatory to attach the valid registration certificate from the corresponding council along with the application otherwise the candidate will be disqualified. However, the application of candidates without medical certificate will be disqualified.
10) The applicant shall not be able to demand change of place at his convenience during the contract period.
11) Applicants should enter their current mobile number and e-mail ID correctly on their application form. Also, care should be taken that it remains in good condition till the recruitment process is completed.
12) During the recruitment process you will have to attend the interview at your own expense. Also, no honorarium or travel expenses will be payable for the said attendance.
13) The application form has been published along with the advertisement, if the application form is not as per the said form, the candidate's application will not be accepted.
14) Candidates cannot complain because the application form is incomplete and partially filled and if the required documents are not attached, the candidate will be fully responsible for rejection. 3) Mark Sheet 4) Council Registration Certificate (As Applicable) 5) Experience Certificate of Work done in Government Organization Only the photocopies of these documents should be attached after attestation and original documents should be kept along with them for verification.
15) Selected candidates will have to submit a bond of Rs.100/- on joining the post on bond paper regarding acceptance of the terms of the contract.
16) It will be mandatory for the selected candidates to join the place of appointment within 7 days from the date of receiving the appointment order otherwise their appointment order will be terminated and the next candidates in the waiting list will be appointed.
17) The entire officer in the recruitment process, the right to increase or decrease the posts, to cancel the recruitment process, to change the terms and conditions, to change the place of posting, to change the selection process at any time, etc. Deputy Director Health Services, Nashik Circle, Nashik has been retained.
Application are invited 22/11/2022 to 30/11/2022 during this period, excluding holidays, the application should be submitted in person or by post in the prescribed form as mentioned above at the concerned Municipal Corporation during office hours.
