Banaras Hindu University is an internationally reputed temple of learning, situated in the holy city of Varanasi. This Creative and innovative university was founded by the great nationalist leader, Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya, in 1916 with cooperation of great personalities like Dr Annie Besant, who viewed it as the University of India. Banaras Hindu University was created under the Parliamentary legislation - B.H.U. Act 1915. Applications are invited for the following post in National Viral Hepatitis Control Programme funded by Government of Uttar Pradesh, under Prof. V.K. Dixit, Nodal Officer, Department of Gastroenterology, Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. The posts are temporary and are co-terminus with the project, (the period of the project is assumed for FY 2022-23, but may be extended by GOI till 2030) Female/SC/ ST/ Physically handicapped and OBC (non-creamy layer) candidate will be preferred as per Government of Uttar Pradesh/Govt, of India rules.

Qualifications : The Pharmacist should hold a Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institute. If candidate with degree is not available, diploma holder in pharmacy with 3 years of experience in health care institution can be considered. She/he must be registered in the concerned state pharmacy council.
Remuneration per month : Rs. 15,000/- (per month fixed)
