Post : Senior Manager : Business Process & Control Lead - Internal Medicine BU
Hiring a Business process and Control lead who comes with a strong experience (8-12 years) in commercial and with process control or audit, internal control or compliance department of a multinational Organizations (preferably Pharmaceutical).
This position is responsible to develop & implement business processes and internal controls for entire operations of new GTM model (Outsourced operations – Contract Sales organizations / Distribution business model).
The incumbent will be based in Mumbai and work with senior business leaders, external stakeholders/ partners and other cross functional team to have a focused governance & oversight on the risk relating to Contract Sales organizations / Distribution business model. The position shall be responsible for defining, driving and ensuring implementation of Business process and control framework to mitigate the financial and compliance risk. The Position shall also be responsible for developing & implementing required capability enhancement through training and communication within the Business unit and with external stakeholders as required.
