Eligible candidates may apply in the office of Civil Surgeon, Charkhi Dadri for the below mentioned posts under National Health Mission. Posts are purely on contract basis for period up to 31.03.2022 and likely to be extendable further on performance basis and administrative approval.

(i) Registered B.Pharmacy/ D.Pharmacy / GNM / BSc Nursing
(ii) Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.
Age Limit : Up to 42 Years
Honorarium : 11170-PM as per NHM Service bye law
Important Instruction
1. Tentative Date for Interview is scheduled 06.12.2021 (9:00 AM) for Staff Nurse (only qualified candidates in written test)
2. Roll numbers will be allotted on the same day of written test
3. No TA/DA will be paid for coming for written Test.
4. Only English medium written test will be conducted for selection of the candidates. Candidates have to secure minimum 40 % marks for qualifying written test separately in proficiency test (20 marks) and computer skill test (10 Marks).
5. Number of posts can be increased or decreased and this office has the right to cancel the recruitment or entire selection process at any stage.
6. This office has the right the change/postponed the written schedule/Interview dates, in this regard no complaints will be considered.
7. One application will be considered for one post only.
8. Selection criteria will be based as perNI IM norms and Local area weighted (20 Marks) and marks for Govt, experience will be given.
9. Reservation policy is also applicable as per Haryana Govt, rules.
10. Candidates must submit their own complete original documents, one set of self-attested documents of all Qualification, Residence proof, and cast certificate issued by competent authority with two passport size photographs.
11. The application received through Post/Courier will not be accepted in any circumstances.
12. Application received without fees will not be accepted in any circumstances.(No any late fees provision)
13. Candidates are advised to regularly visit for further updates at the official website/daily newspapers.
14. Document verification will be done only those candidates who qualify the written test before joining. In any case the documents submitted in this office are found false, strict legal action shall be taken against candidate and selection will be cancelled without giving any notice.
15. Fees can be deposited in cash with the application form at the counter. Demand Draft; Cheque etc. will not be acceptable.
16. If candidate agree with all the terms and condition given above, he/she can submit his/her application before last date
Application form may be submitted from 9 AM to 4 pm in Room No. 146 with one set of self-attested documents of all Qualification. Residence proof, and cast certificate issued by competent authority.

Result of Written test will be displayed only at website nhmharyana.gov.in.
