Ayurvedic Pharmacist
Name of Program : AYUSH
No of Post : 01 Category-GEN
Essential : (i) Up-Vaidya of any recognized University / Institution or Board or Faculty of Indian System of medicine established by Law in India. OR Two year Diploma in Ayurveda Pharmacy from any recognized University Institution or Board or faculty of Indian System of medicine established by Law in India and recognized by the Government. 10+2 examination should be passed with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Hindi/Sanskiit upto Matric.
Remuneration : Rs 11170 /-per month.
Age limit : Not less than 18 years or more than 42 years.
Homeopathic Pharmacist
Name of Program : AYUSH
No of Post : 01 Category-GEN
Essential : (i) Two years' experience of working as Pharmacist / Compounder in a Govt. Homeopathy Dispensary/I Hospital OR Three years' experience of working as Pharmacist / Compounder under Registered Medical Practitioner in Homeopathy (Documentary proof with respect of salary drawn will he required
(ii) 10+2 examination should be passed with Physics. Chemistry and Biology.
(iii) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.
Remuneration : Rs 11170 /-per month.
Age limit : Not less than 18 years or more than 42 years.
Important Instructions
1. The interested candidates should apply on the prescribed Per forma available on website yamunanatzar.nic.in addressed to the undersigned giving detail of his/her bio data, with attested photograph and self attested photocopies of the certificates, experience & testimonials. Application form must be completed in all respects duly filled in by the candidates in their own handwriting in capital letters and signed in the specified space should be submitted to the O/o District Ayurvedic Officer. Yamunanagar,Raghunathpuri. Tejli Road, Yamunanagar Pin-135001 and should reach to this office by Hand or Registered Post only dosing date 22-11-2021 till 05:00 PM sharp. The applications will be accepted only in working days and working hours of office .i.e between 9:00 A. M to 5:00 P.M Saturday/Sunday & on Government specified holidays the office will be closed).
2. Incomplete-unsigned applications will be rejected without any information.
3. No TA/DA shall be admissible for attending the Written test /Screening Test-Proficiency Test/interview.
4. The selected candidates will have to maintain his/her Head Quarter.
5. No. of Posts may increase/decrease. These posts may be discontinued at any time depending upon the workload, requirement or validity of the project.
6. Weight-age will be given to local candidate. For claiming residential weight-age ANY THREE of the following documents must be submitted along with application form:
(i) Passport (ii) Election ID card (iii) Ration Card with address (iv) Bank Passbook/ Post office Passbook (v) Cast and domicile certificate with address and the ID issued by State Covt. (vi) Tarivar Pehehan Patra (vii) Electricity Rill (not older than last three months)
No freightage will be given in absence of minimum THREE residential proofs (of the above mentioned documents).
7. For the Candidates who want to apply for more than one post, they are advised to send the separate application for each post with all other supported documents.
8. The undersigned has right to cancel any of the post Written test /Screening Test/Proficiency Test-interview at any time without specifying any reason.
9. Candidates have to make their own arrangement for stay etc. if required.
10. The decision of selection committee will be final. No query in this regard will be entertained,
11. if selected, candidates will not be allowed to do private practice.
12. Written test /Screening Test/Proficiency Test/interview may be conducted as per the no. of candidates applied.
13. Reservation will be applicable as per Haryana state Govt, policy.
14. Service Bye Laws ofNHM-2018 will be applicable,
15. Written test /Screening Test/Proficiency fest/interview of eligible applicants for the posts mentioned at Sr. no. 1 to 4 will be conducted on 29-11-2021, The candidates/applicants should reach at 10:00 A.M Sharp in O/o Civil Surgeon Yamuna Nagar along with original certificates.
