Quality Control – Biosimilar (mAbs)
1. Analytical: Designation
Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager:
Candidate should be M.Sc /M. Tech / M. Pharma with 1-12 years of relevant experience in Quality Control. Should have Knowledge on instruments like weighing Balance, pH meter, conductivity meter, UV- Spectrophotometer, KF auto titration, HPLC & CE-SDS and troubleshooting of existing analytical methods with knowledge on CGMP, GLP, GDP practices & Data Integrity.
2. Molecular Biology/Bioassay Lab
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
Candidate should have a Master degree in Biochemistry, Molecular biology, Biotechnology or life science with 1-12 years of relevant experience in Quality Control – Biosimilars (mAbs). Should have Experience in Cell based bioassays and non-cell based bioassays like Binding assays, ELISA etc. Knowledge on techniques like flow cytometry, spectrophotometry will be of additional advantage and basic knowledge in Cell line maintenance like Cell line revival, Passaging, Banking and aseptic techniques. Hands on training in molecular biology techniques like pipetting, Gel electrophoresis, PCR, western blotting etc.
Quality Control – Insulin (Raw Material)
Executive / Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager
Candidate should be MSc /M.Tech/ M. Pharm with1-9 years of relevant experience in Quality Control(DS/DP) and should have hands-on experience on Raw material sampling and analysis, Finished product and stability testing . Should have exposure to Analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF etc..) with knowledge on CGMP, GLP and GDP practices.
Quality Control – Biologicals Microbiology
1. Environmental Monitoring:
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive:
Candidate should be MSc microbiology. with 1-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Control Microbiology lab. Should have exposure to Environment monitoring, MLT, Protocol preparation, SOP writing, Data review with knowledge on CGMP.
2. Lab Microbiology:
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive:
Candidate should be MSc microbiology. with 1-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Control Microbiology lab. Should have exposure to Sterility Testing, BET, MLT, Water Analysis, Analytical method validation, Protocol preparation, SOP writing, Data review with knowledge on CGMP.
Quality Assurance– Biosimilars (mAbs);
1. QMS & Documentation:
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive:
Candidate should be MSc /M.Tech/ M. Pharm with 1-5 years of relevant experience in Quality assurance of Biologicals or vaccines. Should have knowledge on QMS elements- Change control, Deviations, Out of Specification and CAPA systems, Issuance, Version control, retrieval and archival of documents and have expertise with Investigation mechanism and tracking the timelines.
2. IPQA:
Designation: Assistant Manager:
Candidate should be MSc /M. Tech/ M. Pharm with 6-9 years of relevant experience in Quality assurance of Biologicals or vaccines. Should have knowledge in line clearance, process compliance monitoring, GMP and contamination control and cross contamination control.
Quality Assurance– Injectables (DP):
1. IPQA
Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive:
Candidate should be MSc /B. Pharm/ M. Pharm with 2-6 years of relevant experience in In process Quality assurance of Injectable. Should have knowledge in line clearance, in process checks during manufacturing of drug product, collection of sample, review of executed GMP document, Contamination control and cross contamination control.
2. Sterility assurance & Microbiology compliance:
Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive:
Candidate should be MSc-Microbiology /B. Pharm/ M. Pharm with 2-6 years of relevant experience Quality assurance of injectable.Should have knowledge in Aseptic practices review, Contamination control, Microbiology Monitoring & testing activities, Media fills.Should have knowledge on Investigation of environmental monitoring excursions & microbiology OOS.
Candidates should bring two passport size photos, two copies of their CV, payslip, copies of educational certificates, previous work experience certificates & salary annexure.
