Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB) is an Institution of National Importance established through an Act of Indian Parliament by the Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India under the auspices of UNESCO. The primary focus of RCB is to provide world class education, training and conduct innovative research at the interface of multiple disciplines to create high quality human resource in disciplinary and interdisciplinary areas of biotechnology.

Title of Project : Development of Biocompatible Surfaces for ESKAPE Pathogens, Department of Biotechnology.

Duration : Till June 11, 2020. May be extended for six months, subject to extension of the project duration.

Essential Qualifications : M.Sc. in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Chemistry or any equivalent degree with NET / GATE Qualified or M. Pharm. / M. Tech.

Principal Investigator : Dr. Avinash Bajaj, Associate Professor

Fellowship : Rs. 25,000/- + 30% HRA per month
