QC Microbiology- 2 to 10 year of Experience - Officer / Executive - M.Sc (Microbio)
• Environmental monitoring
• Microbiological testing (Sterilty/BET/MLT)
• Knowledge of aseptic practices Good microbiologicai practices
Quality Control
Quality Control- Chemistry - 2 to 10 years of Experience - B.Sc-Executive - M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Pharm
• Sound knowledge of HPLC / GC & Drug Testing
• Good knowledge of GLP /instrument Calibration, Method Transfer & Validation
Quality Assurance
IPQA 3-8 years of experience - Executive-A.M - M.Sc (Mcrobio)
• Should have experience of working on shop floor Experience of Environmental monitoring/Aseptic Practices knowledge is required
Engineering
• 2 to 12 years of Experience - Officer / Execute / Asst Manager/ Manager -BE (Mechanical. Electrical/ Instrumentation)
• Calibration - Preparation and execution of calibration activities attend breakdown related to breakdowns and instruments and automation coordinate with user and validation
• Experience in handling inject able line Utilities HVAC & pharma water systems
• Ensuring QMS documentation such as URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PO for utility HVAC process equipment
• Performing qualification and requalification activities
• Review of breakdowns m the plant analyze it and ha-re corrective actions
Production
2 to 12 years cf Experience - Officer I Executive /Asst Manager/ Manager - B Pharm / M Pharm
• To supervise activities of vial washing, depyrogeration, Filling, sealing terminal Sterinization visual inspection area and documentation
• Experience of working in Aseptic processing involving manufacturing of Liquid as wel as Lyophilzed Inectable Exposure to cRABS or Isolator technology
• Preparation of SOP for filing and sealing machine, filtration. filing area. CIP & SIP
• Experience of working m Liqud as web as Lyophkzabon Injectable /Isolator technology and packing
• To supervise activities of component preparation area
• To prepare and execute documents of IQ,. OQ and DQ
