Post : Pharmacist- PHC (New) Populur
Consolidated Remuneration : Rs. 30,000/- Per Month
Age : Up to 60 years as on the first day of the advertisement month
Qualification:
Passed D.Pharma from a recognized institute & approved by PCl. Must have valid registratlon ceriificate under Odisha State Pharmacy Council.
Note
1. For the post of, Pharmacist the consolidated remuneration will be paid from Corpus Fund, Malkangiri.
2. Passed D.Pharma from a recognized institute & approved by PCI. Must have valid registration certificate under Odisha State Pharmacy Council.
3. Room rent will be provided to the Pharmacist during his/her stay at the Populur PHC (New).
4. The agreement initially will be for 11 months and may be extended from time to time basing on the performance excellence,
5. This appointment is also subject to the following term and condition.
• There shall be no leave other than Casual Leave (C.L.) for 15 days during a Calendar year. Any other kind of leave in exigency will lead to proportionate loss of remuneration.
6. Preference will be given to local candidate.
7. Only Resident certificate issued by the competent authority within 12 months of Date of Walk in Interview i.e, 29.11.2017.

Documents to be submitted
1. Certificate in support of all examination passed from HSC onwards.
2. The candidate must have registered her/his name in Odisha State Pharmacy Council in the state and have possessed valid registration certificate as on the date of advertisement.
3. Only Resident certificate issued by the competent authority within 12 months of Date of Walk in Interview i.e. 29.11.2017.
NB:- Malkangiri district is nearly 220 K.M. away from Visakhapatnam of A.P., 60 K.M. from Bhadrachalm of Telegana , 390 K.M. from Raipur & 105 K.M. from Jagadalpur of Chatishgarh state. It is a District Headquarter having all District level offices including Collectorate. There is facility of 24 hours electricity, mobile network, Road connectivity. Nearest Railway station is Jeypore of Koraput district which is 50 K.M distance from Malkangiri District.
