The Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) is a Comprehensive Cancer Centre with a mission to achieve the highest standards in patient care, cancer prevention, cancer research and professional development for oncology and allied disciplines. TMC is an autonomous Grant-in-Aid Institute of the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. TMC is affiliated to Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI). The HBNI is a Deemed University of the Department of Atomic Energy with a mission to develop high quality postgraduate educational programs in science and technology including those related to life and health sciences.
Following post on “Population Based Cancer Registry Varanasi, UP” Project (A/c 3732). Initially for a period of six months.
Research Coordinator(Post 1)
Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor in statistics from a recognized university having working experience in cancer registry operation/ cancer hospital will be preferred. The candidates must have good knowledge of ICD-O3 coding and CanReg5 software and cancer survival data analysis.
Desirable: Master in statistics/ Master in Public Health/ Master in population science from recognized university having working experience in cancer registry operation/ public health research will be preferred.
Salary: Rs. 20,000 to 25,000 per month (Consolidated)

Field Investigator(Post 7)
Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor degree in science from a recognized university having experience in cancer registry/ cancer research will be preferred. The candidate must have the knowledge of computer and local language.
Salary: Rs. 9,000 to 18,000 per month (Consolidated)
Location of Job : Cholapur-(1), Chiraigaon -(1), Baragaon-(1), Sewapri-(1) Pindra -(1), Urban area of Varanasi (2)
