The Birla Institute of Technology & Science, BITS Pilani is an all-India Institute for higher education. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the following project sponsored by Department of Biotechnology (DBT), under the supervision of Dr. Onkar Kulkarni, Department of Pharmacy, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus, Hyderabad.
Post: Junior Research Fellow- One
Title of the project: “Functional role of histone deacetylase 5 (HDAC5) in the pathogenesis of chronic kidney diseases and renal fibrosis”
Duration of the project: 24 months
Fellowship amount: Rs 25,000 + HRA
Eligibility requirements:
M. Pharm in Medicinal/pharmaceutical Chemistry, Possessing MSc/M Tech/M Pharm in (Pharmacology or Biotechnology or Biochemistry), GATE (GPAT) qualified or having 2 years of research experience after MSc/ M. Pharm degree. Age limit maximum 30 years)
Relaxation of age limit as per DBT rules.
