A.R. College of Pharmacy & G. H. Patel Institute of Pharmacy(ARGH) is one of the best Pharmacy Institutes in the region. To meet the needs of Pharmaceutical industries in Gujarat and beyond to provide quality higher education in different disciplines of Pharmacy. Charutar Vidya Mandal (CVM) set up in 1981, the A.R .College of Pharmacy & G H. Patel Institute in Pharma(ARGH) with generous donation from an industrialist Smt. Anjanaben Ashokbhai Shah and an eminent philanthropist Shri Gordhanbhai Hathibhai Patel. At present the institute imparts education in Diploma, Graduate, Post Graduate and Doctoral level studies and conducts research in emerging/ thrust areas of Pharmacy. The college has been housed in a three storey building. Currently, the institute functions with a total intake of204 in eight different courses.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Professor : Bachelors and Masters Degree in appropriate branch of Pharmacy with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelors or Masters Degree and Ph.D. or equivalent, in appropriate discipline. Post Ph.D. publications and guiding Ph.D. students is highly desirable. Minimum of 10 years teaching and/or research and/or industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor. OR Minimum of 13 years experience in teaching
Associate Professor
Bachelors and Masters Degree in appropriate branch of Pharmacy with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelors or Masters Degree and Ph.D. or equivalent, in appropriate discipline. Post Ph.D. publications and guiding Ph.D. student is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years experience in teaching and/or research and/or industry of which at least 2 years shall be post Ph.D. is desirable.
Assistant Professor
Bachelors and Masters Degree in appropriate branch of Pharmacy with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelors or Masters Degree.
Pay Scales and other conditions as per CVMandal rules.
Candidate should have cleared NET / SLET / Ph.D. where applicable. The candidates should be proficient in English.
