Job Description
Inquiry against material requisition, coordinate with the vendor for all RM and PM, Daily Followups Through Mail and telephonic, Negations of all material from Vendors, Making Compariastion, Taking Approval for Comparison and Purchase order from the Management Team of comparison, Making Purchase Order and Share it with management Team and Supplier/Manufacturer, Maintain RM/PM/General/Engineering Purchase Register Day by Day, Making Payment Advance and Clear the payment of Vendor, Update to PPIC Department about the RM/PM Status Day by Day Coordination for RM/PM Material requisition from PPIC Department.
