Job Description
-Construction supervision of contractor works for quality, safety and safe keeping.
-Review contractor manpower planning and ensure timely completion of projects.
-Verify and certify contractor RA bills.
-Forecast cash flow projections.
-Prepare proposal budget estimates for mechanical works for new projects.
-Prepare equipment layout drawings.
-Prepare equipment erection and piping drawings for construction purpose.
-Coordinate with engineering consultant for timely release of equipment drawings.
-Coordinate with departments other than parent department for necessary inputs.
-Train support engineers in good documentation practice for easy retrieval.
-Motivate and guide support engineers on all aspects of work.
-Project schedule(s) requires extended working hours and should cooperate.
-A graduate in mechanical engineering with minimum 15- 20 years of experience, preferably in brown field project environment.
-Reporting manager Head- construction.

B.E/B.Tech(Mech) with 12-18 years of experience in Pharma Industry.
